So what does it take to make this fruit salad with a twist?
First, choose your DutchMill variant, as this determines the taste of your dressing. You have five healthy and yummy flavors to choose from: Mixed Fruit Juice, Strawberry Juice, Orange Juice, 4 Mixed Berries Juice, and Blueberry Juice.
Having made your choice, here are the ingredients and procedure:
Get fresh fruits of ripe sweet mangoes, avocados, papayas, watermelons, melons, bananas, grapes, and other fruits in season. Cut them into bite sizes before chilling. Don’t use fresh pineapples, as these turn bitter when mixed with the cream and yoghurt milk.
Select your DutchMill flavor. For this recipe, let’s use the DutchMill Mixed Fruit Juice variant.

For one 180mL pack of DutchMill, add 2 packs of all-purpose cream and a tablespoon of honey instead of sugar or condensed milk. Mix well then store in the chiller, not the freezer.
When you're ready to serve, arrange the fruits in a platter, with the dressing in a separate bowl. This avoids fast spoilage.
For presentation purposes, we poured the dressing on the fruits.
This alternative dressing works especially well for the health-conscious--but it also rocks the kids' tastebuds! You can even add cheese shavings on top of the dressing for more oomph.
