It falls under\r\nour Environmental Awareness for Children and Youth (EACY) Program.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>The EACY Dive\r\nSchool was initiated and launched with the support from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scubaforchange.com\/sfc-puerto-galera\/\">Scuba\r\nfor Change<\/a><\/span> with the objectives to:<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"margin-top:0cm\" type=\"disc\">\r\n <li class=\"MsoNormal\">Promote and execute safe diving\r\n with the outmost respect for conservation of the marine environment<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\r\n <li class=\"MsoNormal\">Operate a dive school where\r\n 100% of the proceeds go into sustaining programs for child protection and\r\n environmental protection<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\r\n <li class=\"MsoNormal\">Explore and develop strategies\r\n to influence the local community, including the department of tourism, the\r\n department of education and the dive industry, to be active in protecting\r\n the environment as a model for replication nationwide.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/p>Like any\r\nother program and component under Stairway Foundation, the EACY Dive School is\r\nmanaged and operated with strict transparency and external independent audit of\r\nall financial transactions.
