Saging (Banana) is a top export produce of Davao Region. The region exported 762,040.78 MT of bananas to other countries such as China, Japan, Korea and Singapore in 2014.

Learn how to prepare this delectable Pinoy snack by following these simple steps:
Ingredients:
5 medium-sized boiled banana sliced into chips
1 small can evaporated milk
3 tablespoons white sugar (add if you want it sweeter)
crushed ice
crushed marie biscuits for topping
Procedure:
Arrange boiled bananas in a bowl.Pour evaporated milk and sugar.Top with crushed ice.Sprinkle with crushed marie biscuits.
