Ingredients
shrimps, 3 pounds, medium to large sizebutter, 1 cupchopped garlic, 5 tablespoonscrushed red pepper, 3 tablespoonssalt, 1 tablespoon, optional
Procedure
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chopped garlic and fry until golden about 10 minutes. Add crushed peppers and shrimps. Stir and fry until shrimps are pink. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately while hot. Accompany with steamed rice.
