Ingredients

  • shrimps, 3 pounds, medium to large size
  • butter, 1 cup
  • chopped garlic, 5 tablespoons
  • crushed red pepper, 3 tablespoons
  • salt, 1 tablespoon, optional


Procedure

  • Melt butter in a large skillet.
  • Add chopped garlic and fry until golden about 10 minutes.
  • Add crushed peppers and shrimps.
  • Stir and fry until shrimps are pink. Season with salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately while hot.
  • Accompany with steamed rice.


Serves 5.
