Ingredients
- shrimps, 3 pounds, medium to large size
- butter, 1 cup
- chopped garlic, 5 tablespoons
- crushed red pepper, 3 tablespoons
- salt, 1 tablespoon, optional
Procedure
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add chopped garlic and fry until golden about 10 minutes.
- Add crushed peppers and shrimps.
- Stir and fry until shrimps are pink. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately while hot.
- Accompany with steamed rice.
