Manggad Kang Antique: History, Culture and the Antiqueños
This line from a Kinaray-a song kept playing in my head throughout the duration of the Antique Heritage Tour. The song expresses how proud the Antiqueños are for their culture and their province’s treasures waiting to be discovered. Antique is one of the provinces situated in the island of Panay together with Iloilo, Capiz, and Aklan. It is the least visited province on the island but now slowly marking itself in the tourism map of the Philippines.

Tibiao, Antique: Eco-Adventure Capital of Western Visayas
Not feeling so well on the third day of the tour due to the anti-Tetanus vaccine (long story to narrate) that was given to me the other day, I still managed to get out of my bed at University of Antique Hometel. Together with the bloggers, media, and UP Visayas professors, we went to Tuno Village to start the eco-adventure activities in Tibiao, Antique scheduled for us.
