Hindang is a fifth class municipality located in the province of Southern Leyte. The quiet town is hidden below the peaks of Mt. Bontok where awesome caves inhabited with wild monkeys can be found. The caves in Hindang are more accessible than other caves in the Philippines. It can easily be accessed through the national highway which is 300 meters away from the Hindang Caves Park.

Capisaan Cave is located in Barangays Capisaan and Alayan in Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya. It is the fifth longest cave system in the country and ranked among the best. It is considered as a geologist’s paradise. The subterranean river in this cave has a length of 4.2 kilometers from the Lion Entrance (named as such because the rock looks like an image of a lion).

Hoyop-Hoyopan Cave is a natural tunnel-like structure in Camalig, Albay. Legend says that this cave was the primitive habitat of the natives in the area. It is one of the most popular attractions in Albay. It could be reached by any type of motor vehicles.
