Recipe: Sinangag - Eggs and Peas Fried Rice

Serves about 4
2 tablespoons cooking oil5 cloves garlic, crushed1 medium onion, thinly sliced1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger2 cups cooked rice1 cup fresh or frozen peas2 eggs, scrambled 2 tablespoons soy sauce1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper
Heat oil in a frying pan, then fry over medium high heat garlic for a minute. Add onion and ginger, then stir-fry over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add rice, peas and eggs then stir fry for 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, then serve hot.
