Recipe: Shrimps in Garlic

Serves about 4
5 tablespoons butter6 cloves garlic, crushed1/2 small hot pepper, finely chopped1 pound shelled shrimps, if frozen thawed1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves or parsley
In a frying pan, melt butter then sauté garlic and hot pepper over medium heat until garlic begins to brown. Add shrimps then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for a further 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in coriander or parsley then serve sizzling hot.
